This lovely Villa is set above the Val di Chiana, Tuscany, not far from Arezzo to the north east and Montepulciano north west, with panoramic views across the Tuscan countryside.
A hideaway for the a more discerning traveller, the villa provides a stylish and relaxing retreat where guests are warmly welcomed and invited to treat the Villa as their home from home. Crafted from a traditional Padronale, the villa is a marriage of traditional Tuscan style and contemporary design.
Tuscan feasts are presented out doors under huge white umbrellas, that look onto the olive groves and medieval Cortona in the distance. These are more like house parties and the dinners are even more wonderful. The Villa even has an honour bar so you can help yourself from the kitchen and enjoy a drink by the Pool. On the estate are also two beautifully designed villas for weekly rental.
The Guest Rooms of the villa are classically proportioned and individually styled with an eclectic mix of modern and antique furnishings. Each room offers double aspect views over the surrounding gardens and countryside with the junior suite in the cottage having French doors onto its own terrace.
The accommodation offers air conditioning a stereo, CD player, telephone and modern en suite with showers and bathrooms.

The Swimming Pool set in the olive groves of the Villa is an excellent location in which to relax read a book take the sun or simply admire the view with afternoon tea or a cocktail whatever the mood takes you! Those who are more energetic can either take advantage of the tennis court or use one of the Villa’s mountain bikes. To start your day a Continental breakfast is served on the Terrace and guests relaxing at the villa during the afternoon are offered an informal lunch.

Dining And Private Dinner Parties
We prepare, exclusively for our clients, continental breakfast, buffet lunches, picnics and dinners on request. A special feature, for which many clients reserve in advance, are our group dinner parties which we host twice a week.
In the evening after drinks by the Pool we can make reservations for you at one of the many excellent restaurants in the area. On select evenings a dinner party can be enjoyed at the Villa.
On arrival one of team will be there to welcome you and take you to your villa. A complimentary welcome Tuscan Hamper will provide you with some of the necessities for your holiday home from home. Air conditioning a stereo CD player telephone Pool tennis court mountain bikes.
Lunches can be provided daily for guests staying at the Villa.
A five course dinner party is held twice a week on Tuesdays and Fridays.
Light snack meals are available at other times.
Check out time is any time before 11:00 noon and check in time is any time after 15:00 hours. Children under 12 are not allowed unless the whole villa is booked.

Montepulciano is a village in the Val d’Orcia, Tuscany, would have to be one of the prettiest towns in the whole of Italy and is the place for lovers of fine wines. The gentle rolling peaks and valleys surrounding the hilltop medieval village are so picturesque and covered in vineyards that produce fine wine recognized centuries ago as being worthy of kings : Vino Nobile di Montepulciano.
