Crossing the pedestrian area and the main Piazza della Repubblica, always on foot, you arrive at the Lungomare di Pozzuoli, to touch the water of the Gulf.
You can spend a quiet evening enjoying the sunset and the sea breeze on the Walk of San Vincenzo but also immerse yourself in the lively town wandering around the many small restaurants, pubs, bistros that animate the Old Town.
You will be just a few meters from the ferries and hydrofoils for Capri, Ischia and Procida.

An archeological heaven in Campania, Campi Flegrei is the peninsula on the right of the horseshoe-shaped bay of Naples in the region of Campania. The islands of Ischia and Procida lie are just there as soon as you catch the ferry from Pozzuoli. It is thought to be the first settlement on mainland Italy by the ancient Greeks in 1200 BC at Cuma followed by the Etruscans and then the Romans.
