Nearby the town of Bacoli (food, supermarkets, ice cream parlor, tobacco shop, pharmacy, church, shops, public garden, beaches and restaurants). There is so much to see close by. The long and popular beach of Miseno is five minutes drive away where you can hire beach chairs and umbrellas.
A 5-minute walk from the pool Mirabilis, a work of great historical and archaeological interest: it is the largest Roman cistern drinking water ever made, built in the Augustan period to supply water to the men of the fleet of the Roman Empire moored in the harbor Miseno.
A short drive from Baia and Cuma, two areas of great archaeological importance. The first is submerged Baia, the Castle of Baia with the Archaeological Museum of the Campi Flegrei, Archaeological Park of the Terme di Baia; the second is in the Acropolis of Cuma and the Cave of the Sybil.
A 15 minute drive from the spa complex “Stoves of Nero.”
A 20-minute drive from Pozzuoli (Temple of Serapis, Flavian Amphitheater and Solfatara) and 30 minutes from Naples. Ferries to isle of Capri, the islands of Procida and Ischia in the summer depart from Pozzuoli Port.

An archeological heaven in Campania, Campi Flegrei is the peninsula on the right of the horseshoe-shaped bay of Naples in the region of Campania. The islands of Ischia and Procida lie are just there as soon as you catch the ferry from Pozzuoli. It is thought to be the first settlement on mainland Italy by the ancient Greeks in 1200 BC at Cuma followed by the Etruscans and then the Romans.
